Full Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Video Editor to join the Wise2 Technology team & support our OTT platform initiatives that comes with unlimited movies, TV shows & much more. An ideal candidate would be one with experience in editing video content for OTT platforms. Should have interest and flair in the domain and should be able to function well in a fast-paced environment. Should be up to date with current video trends, and always strive towards great presentation.

Key job responsibilities

• Responsible for uploading contents as per the delivery content calendar and improve the content to make it more updated & relevant, helping in improving user experience.
• Must be familiar with OTT environment with ability to understand the supply chain and prioritize deliveries.
• Edit, transcode and quality assure audio and video program material for subsequent releases
• Utilize various audio and video production tools to manage On-Time delivery
• Good understanding of Video analysis with ability to quickly identify and correct any playback defects.
• Must be well versed with relevant transcoding tools – transcoding raw files to meet OTT guidelines
• Propose workflow/tooling changes to meet industry standards and engage in continuous improvement

Skills Required

• Dynamic and a self-motivated candidate
• Must be analytical, data driven and demonstrate keen observation skills
• Must be a self- starter with strong energy, passion and initiative and manage deliveries without extensive supervision
• Must insist on the Highest Standards of Customer Experience and deliver outstanding playback experience for the end streamer
• Must be flexible and adapt to the requirements of dynamic operations
