Today WTi is one successful company with significant market presence and more than a million satisfied customers.Key ResponsibilitiesYou shall play an important role in building a business support partner network and a solid foundation for the organisation. You shall participate in planning and execution of organisational strategy for providing quality services across the nation. It is a progressive role with a bright future in an organisation which is imminently poised to jump to the league of large-cap organisations in near future.1. As a Vendor Network Development professional, you should successfully-i) Build and manage a network of quality vendors and business partners in the assigned territory.ii) Build strategy and plan to enhance customer service reach for the company.iii) Analyse cities to plan types and quantum of service delivery network required in each city.iv) Perform initial search to find good quality vendor candidates.v) Conduct city recce and assessment of potential vendors. Empanel the right business partners.vi) Onboard, constantly train and manage business relationships with them.vii) Maintain service records and database in suitable CRM/LMS software.viii) Support the organisation with effective reporting, analysis, innovation and business enhancement.ix) Be organisation’s eyes and ears in keeping track of market information and business trends.In summary, support the organisation with Prospecting; conducting field recce and interviews; Qualifying and finalising service support partners, preparing and delivering training, ensuring win-win business relationships and building company’s business.2. As a team player you shall ensure-i) Liaising with internal teams.ii) Leading discovery and implementation of new initiatives and ideas in the company.iii) Building organisational capabilities through regular research on industry trends and competitors.iv) Having in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s products and solutions.3. As a self-motivated, aspirational achiever, you shall implement latest tools and trends to evolve suitable practices for this important business function.Knowledge and Skills Required1) You shall need relevant experience in-i) Working with industries and companies building service partner networks.ii) Similar profile with reputed and progressive large organisations in the Service Sector.iii) Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), other relevant Apps/tools and CRM/LMS software.2) You should have or should immediately build-i) Intrinsic motivation and keenness to learn and work hard.ii) Understanding of geography and culture of your home state and the neighbouring states.iii) Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local languages.iv) Good communication and influencing skills for multiple audiences.v) Readiness to sincerely and take challenge of target linked compensation.About Us WTi eases ground transportation pains of clients by supporting them with mobility solutions, across the nation.Our CultureWe have fostered a culture that encourages innovation and creativity.
