About the role, Keynotes:

• Profile – Lead Generation
• Role – Full-time
• Grade – Assistant Manager / Manager
• Location – Remote – Work from home / anywhere
• Work hours – 5 days a week, US Shift (EST / PST – 9 am to 6 pm) Floating offs(2 per week)

What will you do?

• Generating new business opportunities to fuel our growth
• Identifying, qualifying, and prospecting enterprise business leads in the US market using outbound calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
• Building and managing the outbound business development pipeline
• Classifying hot, warm, and cold leads and taking the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads
• Understand target customers’ business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate Wishup’s value proposition at the executive level
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience in outbound lead generation for Enterprise accounts (US/UK/Canada)
• Handling Pre-Sales activities for the B2B accounts in the international market
• Prior experience in business development for Enterprise accounts
• Ability to convert data into qualified leads
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead-generation activities
• Expertise in cold email reach-outs
• Hunt aggressively while owning the sales cycle
• Proven record in overshooting the target
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST
• Impeccable written & spoken English

Selection Process

• 2 rounds of Tests – Aptitude Test(15 questions in 15 minutes) and Email Writing test(15 minutes)
• 3-4 rounds of interviews
• Assignment (Can be skipped for fast-track cases)

Salary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
