I. Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Professional females who have excellent experience of working in Shipping- Booking lines such as MAERSK SEALAND, HAPPAG LLOYD, MSC, SAFMARINE, SCI, CMT & CMA CGM etc.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of International Export process for Ocean
• Familiar with basic terms, port codes and requirements
• Basic understanding of shipping line online booking tool or 3rd party booking platform.
• Can operate with minimum supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and follow up on assigned tasks
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment
• Proficient in the use of MS office Suite (outlook, Excel)
• Must be proficient in coordinating priorities, following up and meeting deadlines
• 1-5 years of experience with Ocean Freight forwarding/Shipping line customer service department is plus
