Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in medical coding.
Should be updated on the coding guidelines & CMS edits.
Adhering the quality standards and HIPAA compliance.
Stepping forward to take responsibilities.

Reviewing and analyzing patient records.
Meeting daily targets in their respective assignments.
Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.
