Job Description
Working as part of the global HR Operations team, the HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for resolving HR queries and processing transactional requests. They will demonstrate knowledge in all HR Operations processes and technology, working collaboratively to provide an excellent employee experience.
This is an exciting time to be joining our team as we set up a global HR Operations function and implement a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The HR Administrator will support the Director of HR Operations on the integration.
Main Responsibilities
Manage all assigned pre-boarding tasks to ensure smooth new hire integration.
Serves as first point of contact for new hire/employee enquiries.
Triage and resolve requests via the Servicenow Portal.
Ensure complete and accurate employee data is maintained for reporting and compliance purposes.
Proactively contribute to the improvement of the HR Operations function, including processes and tools.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and the wider organisation to build trust and excellent relationships.
Monitor own performance to ensure the team are on track to meet established SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain HR Documentation and Knowledge Base items.
Monitor and complete compliance activities and audits
Support benefit administration processes.
Act as the first point of contact for external vendors
Qualifications
About You
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a local and global HR team
Demonstrates a strong dedication to serving customers.
Ability to work independently and efficiently and demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter.
Knowledge of HR operations and a solid understanding of local statutory regulations as they pertain to HR.
Good Excel skills with ability to query and analyse data
Able to manage the priority of workload
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, with attention to detail
Be a continuous learner, keeping up to date with important statutory and regulatory changes and HR trends.

Acts with integrity when handling confidential and sensitive employee data
Collaborates across boundaries – both internal and external stakeholders
Takes ownership and accountability for delivering HR services to a consistently high standard
We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.
While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered. Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
