Job description:

• Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
• Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
• Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities.
• Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents.
• Ensuring the candidates are informed about employee benefits and other details.
• Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information.
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities with the HR Manager.

Required candidate skills:

• Willing to work from the office.
• Self -Motivated, Enthusiastic, Flexible, Oral and written communication skills, and Time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
