The Opportunity

This is the best opppurnuity to showcase your talent. The oppurnuity to understand recon, payout system and drive a particular business model. BFL is a huge project for WL. We are expecting around 50000 live merchants and a payput scale of 8-10 Crores on a daily basis. The candidate will have to do Pre & Post Recon and process the payout in the agreed TAT. The payput will be carried out 365 days.

Apart from this he/she will have to handle customer queries on daily bais. We are expecting 100-125 mails per day.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Working experience in reconciliation, Disputes, Clearing and Settlement. Should be able to carryout payout over the weekends/Bank Holidays as well.

Manage cross-functional stakeholders across customer support, tech, product, business, risk, compliance, legal and external stakeholders across banks, processors, and networks.

Managing merchant payments and Scheme settlements, JV preparation and reconciliation

Managing IPG/POS/BQR/UPI products and their transaction life cycle

Working on Settlement File and Settle funds into Merchants account, along with Tracking Funds Received From Bank and Maintaining their Records.

Billing – Data to be provided to the Finance team for Billing purpose.

Who Are We Looking For

Knowledge of Acquiring/Payment/NBFC Industry (Acquiring preferred)

Working experience in clearing and Settlement of scheme like VISA / MasterCard / Rupay, in products like POS, mPOS, IRCTC, ETC. Also should be able to understand the dispute life cycle as per Scheme.

Should be able to understand reconciliations and billing.

Handle escalations with ‘first time right” approach and in a timely manner.
