Experience

3-4 years.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and manage theproduction of e-learning modules
• Develop engaging creative education deliverables using eLearning authoring and video production tools, such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia Studio.
• Find ways to communicate complex, technical concepts in fun and engaging ways.
• Ensure visual consistency across a wide range of interactive projects.
• Work closely with the lab development team to ensure course content aligns with practice exercises.
• Deliver and explain course content during the alpha teach. Help prepare instructors to teach the course.
• Conduct analysis to identify training needs and updates.
• General System administrator for Learning Management System (LMS) solution
• Convert PPT to videos and interactive training for software training for other departments.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience working within the Ed-tech industry strongly preferred
• Strong consulting skills required to interview, understand, and document thorough sets of requirements associated with requested training activities
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Takes initiative and be a Self-starter

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: ₹11,523.17 – ₹56,720.75 per month
