The role involves working in the customer service team of a profitable and growing company. This role ensures exposure to various channels of customer interaction, including – voice and non-voice.

- Should be strong at customer service.
- Impeccable communication skills are a must.
- Should enjoy conversing with customers.
- Hungry and humble, low ego and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
- Passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
- At least 6 Months of prior experience in a voice process, preferably an international voice process.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Other details:
- operate five days a week. Two days rotational week-off.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
