Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of Balance Sheets.
2. Timely deposit of all applicable returns, etc.
3. Preparation of data for Top management review meetings.
4. Monitoring the working of all team members of Accounts and to ensure that working is being done as per the best practices of the industry.
5. Monitoring on Bank Balances and signing of Cheques of Expense Vendors.
6. To ensure that payments of the expense creditors / employees / contractors etc. whether in cash or cheque are paid on time and also to ensure that SOP prepared in this regard is strictly followed.
7. To ensure automation (optimum use of Accounts software) in the company.
Qualifications : Minimum B.Com.
Experience : 5 to 10 yrs experience.
Skills : Analytical Skills, In-depth Knowledge of Accounting principles & practices and taxation, etc.
Competency : Should be able to able to liaison with department and audit of return. Should be able for income tax planning. Should have a complete knowledge of Accounting Standards and general accounts.
