The Role:
The sales & CRM support specialist will be the data guardian & custodian of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate will be the guru of Dynamics 365 to provide quality insights via D365 through ad-hoc reporting. The candidate will also ensure all sales pipeline are up to date with accurate data.
Responsibilities:
Create & update key information within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Co-ordinate with stakeholders (Sales engagement leads & various D365 business champions) on various tasks virtually
Support various business segments within APAC to facilitate their data on Dynamics 365
Research on new and existing client contacts through tools like Sales Navigator (LinkedIn) to assist the businesses and sales engagement team
Closing of sales pipeline loop on outdated opportunities to ensure up to date sales pipeline
Partnering with Enterprise Client Solution team / KYC team to ensure that all customers are validated on Dynamics 365
Generate bespoke reports to support and enable better business decisions
Help manage the flow of data in our customer systems, whilst, also enriching the quality of data that is maintained in this respect, including the assistance of data cleansing
Working with large datasets to help the “business” & key stakeholders to be able to extract, interrogate and understand their business drivers and performance
Supporting “technology roll-out” for Client Data functions
Maintaining Global standards in terms of reference data
Participating in ad-hoc projects within the remit of the team
Qualifications:
Ideal: Must have a Batchelor’s degree or sufficient local level qualifications to support suitability for the role
Knowledge:
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Knowledge on data management will be added advantage
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365
Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
