Responsibilities

• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth
• Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects working with GTM, Sales Channel and CEO’s office
• Capability to understand the Macroeconomics and direct the internal Team
• Conducting strategic research basis multiple external analyst reports like GFK/IDC/Counterpoint, Canalys..etc.
• Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and contributing to strategic projects utilizing problem-solving frameworks
• Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives
• Defining problems and strategic solutions – scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks
• Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision-makers
• Providing active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years tenure with ability to manage juniors/ Guide Freshers
• Preferably worked in the smartphone industry/ any Category Teams
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks, and project management skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• MBA qualified / Strong academic record, Bachelor’s Degree qualified
