An Account Administration Analyst will be responsible for managing key tasks such as but not limited to: new hire onboarding; leaver off boarding; inter department transfers; Active Directory administration (AD groups, distribution lists, Security group memberships); File share access (provisioning and deprovisioning and ownership changes); Non-Employee database administration; Outlook mailbox PST requests and permissioning; critical financial application administration (account admin and password resets); IronKey account administration; RSA Any Connect user administration; eDiscovery requests from Information Security; annual application recertification reviews; and Internal Audit and FIC (Financial Internal Controls) requests.
The Account Admin team will be a centralized remote support service located in two primary XLC offices (Poland and India) within the Colleague Services group under the Global Service Management organization. This team will support upwards of 10,000 colleagues globally and will receive IT requests via various communication channels such as: online portal (myIT); phone, email or chat through the Service Desk; or adhoc eDiscovery requests from Information Security or Internal Audit teams.
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Provide administrative support for new starters, leavers, transfers and general account administration functions.
Ensure all services for new hire onboarding are completed such as: AD and mail account creation; access to requested software applications; file share, home drive and printer access are provisioned.
Work with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot account issues as needed.
Maintain and update non-employee database (i.e., myHR Contingent worker data) information as per manager request (i.e., manager info, end dates, agency names, locations; financial account info, etc.).
Complete File share access requests such as: add/change/delete shares; Active Directory (AD) group permissions to access shares.
Perform Active Directory (AD) administration for: AD groups, Distribution lists, group memberships.
Facilitate and troubleshoot mailbox requests for colleagues such as mail forwarding and out of office messages.
Obtain approvals and archive mailbox PST’s for leavers.
Perform account administration (i.e., account creations and password resets) for key XLC Critical Financial Applications.
Perform RSA Any Connect administration such as: account setups; reset passwords and PINS; create, change and disable users; run reports; monthly replacements for expiring RSA tokens (hard and soft); delete expired tokens.
Perform account administration for Iron Key user database (i.e., setups, password resets and deprovisioning).
Complete tasks for data discovery (e-discovery) requests from XLC sources such as Information Security, Human Resources and Audit teams.
Fulfil Audit requests submitted by internal and external audit teams.
Work with audit teams to gather evidence and submit for processing.
Participate in audit walkthroughs and annual recertification exercises (i.e., Aveska reviews).
Process all changes resulting from annual recertification reviews.
Ensure user account provisioning and de-provisioning requests are accurately logged and implemented in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLAs.
Provide timely communication to the business during the life cycle of a service request.
Escalate any issues to the Service Desk Manager and ensure escalated issues are tracked efficiently and effectively
End to end ownership of all account administration service requests and highlight any issues to senior members of the team
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all interfacing teams, including Service Desk, Colleague Care, HR and Application Support.
Ensure the IS Knowledge Base is maintained, used and updated consistently and knowledge is checked and approved prior to updating.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in similar role (service desk, accounts administration, access control, etc.) preferably gained in an international environment
Expertise in Active Directory, Windows 7, SharePoint, MS Office package
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of networking concepts
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required
Creativity and strong analytical skills
Excellent communications skills
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer service and people skills
Familiarity with ITIL practices or Lean Management principles will be an asset
Keen organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.
Strong ability to multi-task and work on tasks and projects while being interrupted by colleagues requesting support; ability to constantly re-prioritize tasks is a must.
ITIL Foundation Certification a plus.
Working Relationships:
Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, Service Desk, Colleague Care, and internal support teams (i.e., directory Services, Infrastructure Ops).
Ensure role and function is represented with suitable authority.
Success Metrics:
Service requests are responded to and resolved within service level agreements.
High level of colleague satisfaction is achieved. Focus on colleague experience.
