About the company: XOR Labs Private Limited is a data-driven digital marketing company that specializes in tapping into customer behavior to understand the intent and turn it into action. We help businesses maximize ROI on digital marketing campaigns using analytics and data-driven techniques. We have our own SaaS product – Vaizle. About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs 2. Create graphics/videos for social media and performance marketing 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process 4. Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance 5. Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 28th Dec’20 and 1st Feb’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
• are from Mohali and neighboring cities
• Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply

Other requirements: Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW, and other design tools Strong graphic design skills Good understanding of typography Must be able to work with video editing tools Number of internships/jobs available: 2 Additional details: You will be offered a full-time position on the completion of your internship period.
