We are hiring for experienced customer service executive for our Chandivali branch.
Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: 18,000 – 23,000/- Month
Time: 10AM – 7PM
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries and complaints via phone call or chat
- Pass on the information of the company’s products and services to them.
- Maintain their database.
- Establish a good customer relation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
