Job Description

Works with Product & Development team to ensure products meet high standards of quality, performance, security and reliability.

• Take detailed feature KT from QAE before start testing.
• Should be able to consume intake test request assigned in order to pick testing
• Execute test cases independently by referring the test cases provided by QAEs
• After executing the listed test cases, if DA has bandwidth, they should be able to perform adhoc /explanatory testing
• Log feature defects following the defect filing guidelines
• Respond to any queries raised by developers on the logged bugs
• Test bug fixes and close the defects
• Provide test execution and defect logging status details to QAE/team on regular basis.
• Follow up with QAE if any logged defect is open for a longer duration
• Review test cases periodically to update and remove obsolete test cases
