Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Business Admin to work on critical customer experience projects. You will work with the Digital Team, external Salesforce Consultant, and internal business units to understand needs and to architect, develop and test solutions, as well as help define best practices and opportunities to drive better business results. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development. They will be ready to join our internal team as we migrate business processes and data from legacy systems, as well as develop new functionality in Salesforce.com. Projects can include work in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, integration between Salesforce and external systems, and more.

Description:
Partner with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into solutions that will delight the customer and improve internal processes.
Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications on Force.com platform using declarative skills, Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning framework.
Develop solutions with the proper security and access rights.
Follow established company processes and Salesforce best practices for developments and deployments.
Troubleshoot issues, assist with support requests as necessary.
Perform Unit testing to ensure business requirements, system designs and technical specifications are met.
Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities.
Review, understand, and test Salesforce releases and new products. Identify potential opportunities to enable the business.
Test and review any third-party vendors and applications that integrate with the Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in supporting Salesforce.com as an Administrator and Developer
Experience working with different company Salesforce Orgs is a desired
University graduate
Salesforce Certified Developer
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Formal Salesforce.com training is an asset
In-depth knowledge of and experience working with Salesforce.com:
Force.com development (Apex and Visualforce)
Apex triggers, workflows, flows
Build custom objects and fields
Salesforce Lightning Design System, and Components
Javascript, CSS, HTML, SOQL, APIs
Data Loader
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using native connectors, integration software, and/or APIs requ
