JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs to communicate messages and ideas. They collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, advertising, and product development, to understand their requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs. Their work may include designing logos, advertisements, brochures, website layouts, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

Responsibilities :Creativity:
Graphic designers should possess a high level of creativity and be able to generate innovative design concepts that effectively convey the desired message.

Proficiency in Design Tools: They should have a strong command of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools. These tools are essential for creating and editing visual elements.

Adaptability:
Graphic designers should be open to feedback and willing to make revisions to their designs based on client or team input. They should be able to adapt their style and approach to meet specific project requirements.

Time Management: Meeting deadlines is essential in the graphic design field. Designers must be able to manage their time effectively to complete projects within the given timeframe.

Typography and Layout Skills:
Graphic designers should have a good understanding of typography, layout principles, and composition techniques. They should be able to arrange elements on a page in a visually appealing and balanced manner.

Experience Requirements : 3+ years of Experience in Similar role

Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any field. a strong portfolio, and demonstrable skills are often given equal importance.
