Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our sales team, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve their sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our educational institution. This includes creating training materials, presentations, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
Ongoing Training: Deliver ongoing training sessions to the sales team to enhance their selling techniques, product knowledge, objection handling skills, and overall sales effectiveness. Continuously identify areas for improvement and develop training modules to address them.
Sales Tools and Technologies: Train the sales team on the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline their sales activities. Ensure they are proficient in utilizing these tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
Industry and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ offerings. Share relevant insights with the sales team to enable them to position our institution effectively in the market.
Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team, provide ongoing support, and assist in resolving customer concerns or issues. Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture that encourages teamwork, motivation, and goal achievement.
Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Experience Requirements : 5+ years of Experience in Similar role
