Yasari Technologies Hiring for Collection Executive at Belgaum Full Time

• Lead and manage the team of Field Collection Executives in collaboration with Branch Heads.
• Check the monthly list of defaulters and verify against dues collected to arrive at a final list
• Allocate and divide responsibilities to Field Collections Executives/Team Leads/ based on factors such as bucket categories, localities, etc.
• Required to control and monitor outstanding balances which includes timely cash collections, assessing credit risks and minimize bad debts.
• Improve and maintain the monthly overdue for all accounts.
• Regular follow up with internal team and clients for outstanding.
• Liaising with cross functional teams, to monitor compliance and take necessary proactive measures to mitigate credit .
• Prepare various month-end accounts receivables reports and other ad hoc reports for Credit.
• Maintaining and Handling of Agreements, Bank Guarantee, cheques and payment application.
• Customer Account reconciliation: To assess true receivable position of the customer. Meet customers for account reconciliations.
• Reporting to head of the departments on daily and weekly basis and updating Cash Flow statement.
• Achieving settlement of overdue accounts by way of email /telephone contact and regular production of overdue reminder letters.
• Liaise with the Legal team and ensure adherence to SOPs, Process Note Manual, Code of Conduct and other applicable norms
