You are required to have skills in the following areas :
At least 4-5 years experience in Installing, configuring, and managing RPA platform as an administrator in UiPath OrchestratorExperience as a Platform admin in migrating codes from Environments is a mustExperience is monitoring the UiPath Robots and raising Incidents for Process failures based on the Process criticalityShould have experience in troubleshooting, and resolving RPA Environmental issues that ariseShould have experience in integrating Active directory, Credential vaults, and Third-party applicationsShould have experience in SQL Db backup, restore, and technical troubleshooting in the RPA platformShould have experience in supporting UiPath SaaS model deployments for projectsManage Bot failures and perform RCAKnowledge of creating, assigning, and Auditing roles and account creation for RPA usersResponsible to build and propose transformational RPA services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and making recommendations to customersKnowledge of Networking and Firewall configuration to deploy UiPathResponsible for configuring and setup of RPA bot instances as per recommendationsHigh degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment.Experience in hosting, migrating, and upgrading large-scale RPA implementations for customers in On-Prem, cloud, and in SaaS models.Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customersExperience in Coordinating with UiPath support and other Teams to resolve complex issuesShould have Wintel experience in Installing, Configuring, and managing Windows serversAdministrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is a mustShould have good communication skills to connect with other teamsEnsure effective communication and coordination with infrastructure cloud hosting service team automation platform and cloud teams in case of major incident managementCoordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutionsParticipant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetingsSupport by bot enhancements for successful runs
