We are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent experience in managing MIS processes and procedures for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.

Role & Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Streamline and automate data collection processes to enhance the accuracy and speed of reporting.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to support key business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the MIS framework and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor MIS accordingly.
• Utilize various platforms and tools to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of MIS operations.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Experience in setting up and managing MIS systems.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent verbal communication abilities.
• Hands-on Experience working of Microsoft tools.
• Willingness to work continuously in night shifts.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare revenue cycle management will be considered a plus.
