Job Description

DUTIES: Make notes of tasks and requirements on a daily basis Creating various forms of designs Prioritize different tasks at hand and complete them within defined time frame Communicate with Creative Head and make necessary updates In case of absence communicate the same and make sure workflow is seamless Store the final output and work files systematicallyRESPONSIBILITIES: Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each project Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Understand the latest market and design trendsREQUIRED SKILLS: Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations and/or other graphics A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesTechnical Skills: Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, PhotoshopSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills Time management Perform under pressure Active Listening Creative and InnovativeQUALIFICATION: Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field..
