Your job profile will be:

• Planning for NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) / DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) / Corporate (CSR) which Includes Project Finding, Project Proposal Preparation, Presentation, Follow up and Closure.
• Liaisoning with NSDC/ DDUGKY / Corporate (CSR) Team etc.
• Maintaining good relationships with Government, Skill Development Ministry.
• Liaise with government authorities/market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of the respective project.
• To facilitate the process of developing networks at the PAN India level.
• Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business.
• To support franchisee center for skill development projects.
• Ensure delivery of project-level targets from mobilization to handholding of candidates for programs and related skill development activities within the stipulated time.
• Should ensure that mobilized students attend the training program as per the date communicated.
• Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training program by Institute / Company.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on activities as per specifications.
• Inspiring, leading, and managing teams effectively.
• Meeting requirements of internal and external stakeholders (NSDC/DDUGKY/CSR).
• Maintaining accounting standards in projects and ensuring 100% compliance in the region.
• Coordination and liaisoning with assessment agency to ensure smooth conduct of assessments.
• Coordinate / Network with, government, funding agency partner organizations for smooth functioning and prompt payments.

To be the right fit, all you need is:

• Should have Experience in handling Skill Development Training Projects related to NSDC/DDUGKY/CSR.
• Experience in DDUGKY mobilization and placement is a must.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate with 5-6 years of work experience.
• Very good communication and networking skills.
• Desire and ability to connect with local workers and youth.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner.
• Must be comfortable in traveling.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
