Kids can attend a variety of classes such as art, dance, flameless cooking, GK, logical reasoning, and many more. YC is by far the largest kids’ extracurricular & co-curricular platform in India with more than 200K kids attending classes on YC every month. The platform is growing at an explosive rate but there is a lot more to be built.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Sales Executive, who will be patient, empathetic, and communicative. They would act as a liaison, provide service information to our customers and resolve any queries our customers may have with efficiency and accuracy.

Your work will require you to:·

● Manage inbound and outbound communication across various channels

● Ensure all calls are promptly attended to.

Expected skill sets:
● Should be comfortable following 6 days working schedule and work on Sundays sometimes.

● Should have worked in the sales team for at least 2 yrs.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Good with time management and multitasking.
