Selected Support Executive’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering questions and delivering information about YMGrad’s products or services over calls and chat
2. Resolving issues and troubleshooting problems related to YMGrad’s products or services over calls and chat
3. Handling customer complaints and collecting customer feedback over calls and chat
4. Conducting sessions, including but not limited to form filling and mock interviews, with clients through video conferences, calls, and chats.
Candidates will be expected to handle various other tasks that emerge according to the situation, and we expect candidates to be open to taking up new tasks. The company will be supporting you and providing the relevant training.
Support Executives should be comfortable conversing in English and possess written and effective communication skills. They must be familiar with MS Office programs, like Word and Excel.
