Skills and Requirements :

• Good 10-key (Numpad) speed .

• Any Bacherlor’s Degree.
• Excellent book keeping and organizational skills.
• Advanced mathematical skills.
• Good Communication Skill. ( oral and written )
• Knowledge of M S word, M S Excel, M S outlook.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Friendly with office accessories like printer and others.

Job Description :

• Book orders from all portal of the companies and generate invoices on daily basis.
• Index invoices and file them in the appropriate places.
• Daily basis booking on logistics portal ( e.g., DHL , Fedex and other).

• Handling queries from customers and clients on mail , if any.
• Allocate work within packing team and make sure all orders with get packed and dispatched within time.
• Coordination with Accounts team for the billing and resolve their queries , if any.
• Maintaining stock on monthly basis.
• Another basic admin related work etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
