Job Description:
Position Title: Salesperson
Job Summary: The salesperson is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling products or services to customers. This role requires effective communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers.
Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
