Position – NOC-Executive/Sr Executive

• Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement
• Related networking job; switching & routing, interaction with providers & vendors
• Implementation and troubleshooting Switch/Router network
• Should have good communications skills.
• Should be good in documentation
• Should have hands on experience in network designing and good understanding of networking concepts in LAN, WAN
• Working experience in Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP data network, Integration and operations related to Upstream providers (International Bandwidth)
• Helpdesk Support – Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Qualification :

• Graduatation

Experience:

• 2-3 years experience
• Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making.
• Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
• Experience providing superior customer service and support.
• Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
