Job Description
The role
The People Experience and Development Administrator will provide administrative support across all programmes and initiatives that the People Experience and Development Team to roll out to our global business. This role sits within a vibrant and dynamic team and will report into one of our People Experience and Development Partners.
What will I be delivering?
Adding new content, courses, and sessions to our Learning Management Systems.
Own the team’s shared inboxes and escalate queries.
Pulling reports from systems and other data sources to support team coordinators with dashboards.
Maintaining the team’s training tracker and calendar of events.
Once live sessions are scheduled by one of the team’s coordinators you will create Zoom links, track signs up for live sessions before and attendance after. Send reports to trainers when appropriate. Send out reminder invites, create feedback forms, send follow-up notes and curate feedback.
Maintain the team’s pages on YouGov’s intranet and pull reports from this.
Arrange team meetings.
Send global communications out.
Processing invoices.
Upload videos to Microsoft Stream.
Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
Administrative support for multiple projects.
Worked in a fast paced, agile environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical skills and qualifications
LMS Administration.
Microsoft office suite.
Behavioral competencies
Positive and pro-active.
Resilient.
Able to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Approachable, curious and engaged. (We don’t need to have all the answers right away, but we always want to find them!)
Able to work with autonomy and as a team.
