Job Description
To support YouGov’s Global sales operations and organizations by ensuring a timely and accurate processing of orders, as well as maintaining and updating all CRM account and contact information.
What will I be delivering?
Convert closed won opportunities into NetSuite sales orders, create subscriptions (if applicable) and process as necessary.
Coordinate any outstanding sales order queries with the relevant salesperson.
Liaise with Finance and other teams regarding complex sales orders such as multi-country deals.
Manually assign/ re-assign leads & accounts as required (in cases where this cannot be handled systematically by territory management)
Monitor lead, account, contact and opportunity data and work with sales to correct the information/ provide feedback (i.e. acct hierarchies, overdue opps, missing info etc)
Create/ update leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities on behalf of Sales as required
Ensure that Salesforce.com & NetSuite are aligned as closely as possible for customer records & closed/ won opportunities/ sales order information
Create/ update regular operational reports for sales/ sales management as required
Qualifications
Technical skills and qualifications
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
Understanding of CRM (Salesforce.com) and database software
Data management
Additional Information
Willing to work in Night Shift – 09.30 pm to 06.30 am IST
