🌟 We’re Hiring: Senior YTS Coordinator 🌟

📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

🕒 Full-Time | Field-Based + Operational Role

Are you passionate about grassroots education, innovation, and making real on-ground impact? The Young Tinker Foundation is looking for a Senior YTS (Young Tinker Space) Coordinator to lead and manage our innovation labs across locations.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Young Tinker Spaces (YTS) across locations.
• Support training and onboarding of YTS Coordinators and mentors across centres.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly field visits for reviews, mentoring, and quality assurance.
• Maintain and track inventory across centres; coordinate timely restocking and repairs.
• Streamline documentation, reporting, and communication systems for scale.
• Coordinate student pre- and post-assessments and ensure timely data collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and CSR partners.
• Support proposal writing, project documentation, and blog creation.
• Guide students during innovation projects, competitions, or special initiatives.
• Collaborate with the internal team for curriculum feedback and ground-level insights.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, education programs, or field operations
• Experience in managing teams or educational centres is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits across different locations.
