Role Summary

The Senior Manager – HR Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources activities within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR operational functions, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration processes.
• Supervise accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS data.
• Stay updated on employment laws, ensuring organizational compliance.
• Develop procedures to mitigate HR-related risks and conduct periodic audits.
• Address employee queries and concerns, collaborate with HR Business Partners.
• Monitor employee morale and engagement, identify improvement opportunities.
• Streamline HR processes, lead process improvement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure HR operational effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.

Key Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute with 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Rxperience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in HR software applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing complex HR projects.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
