Role Summary
The Senior Manager – HR Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources activities within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR operational functions, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
