Zapsa LTD are a specialist Talent Acquisition Consultancy working in the Renewable Energy, Environmental, IT and Sustainability sectors. Our client is looking for a Company Manager to join their fast growing organisation based in Bangalore, India.

About the Role

As a Company Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure high quality, stable outsourced services are provided.
• Outsourced services may include solar farm monitoring, engineering technical support as well as administrative, finance and HR support.
• Follow and help develop best practice service support for Solar O&M.
• Develop policies, procedures and working practices for the team based in India in compliance with local laws and industry best practice with the support of the International Operations Manager.
• Recruit replacement and additional team members.
• Ensure full compliance with Indian company laws including all local company and tax filing.
• Ensure a close working relationship is maintained.

About You

To be considered for this position:

• Previous experience of working in solar in either a technical or data analysis capacity
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent team management and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented.
• The ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines.
• Computer literate.
