• Position – Junior Merchandiser
• Employment – Contractual Position on Third Party Payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the merchandising team in daily coordination with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support in sample development, fabric sourcing, and follow-up on strike-offs, lab dips, and trims.
• Maintain and update order sheets, T&A calendars, and production trackers.
• Help in preparing tech packs for buyer presentations.
• Conduct basic quality checks on fabric and samples before submission.
• Track production status and ensure timely delivery of samples and bulk orders.
• Coordinate approvals for samples, fabrics, trims, and packaging.
• Stay updated on textile trends
• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from product sampling and development to production and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably with a focus on soft textiles.
• Basic knowledge of fabric types, garment production processes, and costing.
• Good communication and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of PLM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
