Inditex is Hiring: Finance Controller – Fixed-Term Contract (7 months)

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Controller to join our team on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Collaborate across departments to develop the Operational Budget
• -Analyze actual vs. budget deviations; audit closing operations
• -Provide monthly KPI reporting to local and HQ teams (Sales, P&L, Investments…)
• -Forecasting and reporting to HQ
• -Support feasibility studies for events like store openings and refurbishments
• -Implement expense control plans and propose optimization strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• -Bachelor’s or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or similar (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred)
• -Proficient in financial software and Excel (ERP a plus)
• -Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• -Able to manage deadlines, adapt quickly, and work with confidential data
• -Solid knowledge of IFRS and local accounting practices

Location: Inditex Head-office, Gurugram
