Full Job Description
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and strategic plans in conjunction with Business Development team of Zartek
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to stakeholders, management and clients in formal meetings.
Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, employees and contractors in cost efficient way.
Liaise with the Business team to close all accounts receivables in time Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Liaise with different teams at Zartek to prepare the quarterly Budgets, Forecasts, Strategic plans.
Develop and implement systems and processes for budget controls and expense accounting.
Policy and Vendor agreement Formulation
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, bank entries and other transactions.
Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Provide insightful information and expectations to the management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
Ensure 100% compliance to statutory norms, Reporting and Planning
Accountability and ownership of tasks
