Zeal Forum Hiring for Conference Producer at Bangalore Full Time

· Produce industry relevant conference programmes.

· Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies in the production of conference programmes.

· To research and contact potential speakers and confirm their attendance.

· Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market.

· Develop new conference ideas and programme content through tele-research and meetings.

· Provide up to date and useable speaker lists and files for event management to follow up.

· Assist the marketing department in the relevant distribution of marketing materials (e.g. brochures) to companies and departments.

· Write invitation letters for the conferences.

· Liaise and research with speakers, delegates and exhibitors at the show.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: ₹50,000.00 per month
