About you:

As a senior member of the team, you are required to play an integral part in this cross-functional effort and generate valuable impact by analyzing the customers’ requirement, architect the design and work on the solution.
You will work very closely with engineering, product and services team to ensure that the solution is completed On Time, On budget, On Design.
You will be sought for direction, advice and mentorship by experienced and novice developers alike. Your knowledge and experience, big-picture view, leadership and communication skills would allow you to answer directly to your manager. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for

• Provide recommendations and solutions to problems using experience in multiple technical areas
• Work with, advise, and collaborate with UX Designers to produce elegant and innovative front-end user interfaces in the latest front-end technologies, design & develop server APIs and manage the Database design.
• Fulfil several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Actively participate in the requirement understanding discussion with pre-sales and customers. Understand the client requirements and provide the design
• Actively lead the projects, guide the team members, and successfully release the project.
• Understand the customer requirements and provide the Level of effort (LOE) or Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) within allocated time

• Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments

Additional responsibilities will be

• Lead code reviews and help mentor more junior team members in Front/back-end Development.
• Recommend and implement software engineering best practices within the team, such as test-driven development, continuous integration/deployment, good code structure.
• Take part in team brainstorms to discover new and innovative product ideas, think out of the box.

• Mentoring, guiding, leading the junior developers within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required
• 8+ Years of total development experience. 6+ Years work experience as a full stack Developer
• Strong experience as Full stack developer with knowledge of Messaging platforms like MQTT, firebase, web services and REST APIs
• Solid working experience in ReactJS/NodeJS/AngularJS, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Experience in Relational database and NoSQL databases like postgres, mongoDB etc
• Good working experience of Cloud tech as Google Cloud or experience with any other public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills using Java, Spring, Python, SQL
• Experience developing websites applications
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in leading a small team on technical front
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Good experience in designing the complete solutions delivery.

• Working knowledge of Linux, Dockers.
• Experience/Knowledge on AI/ML/VR technologies
