Full Job Description
Zeligz Technologies is hiring candidate for Personal Assistant position to Assist the CEO in his various tasks, fix and follow appointments, delegate work to others as per CEO’s directions, follow up on the pending work, manage travel arrangements, handle mails and phone calls on CEO’s behalf, make presentations.Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.Should have expert communication skills and good knowledge of MS office, Google suite, Tally. in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors.Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.Perform variety of office and personal errands.Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at office and/or residence.Requirements: Should have worked for minimum 2-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleShould have a terrific personality, impeccable grooming, flexible to additional responsibilities.Excellent MS Office knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communications skillsMaster degree in Business Management3 Years of bond agreement with company.Travelling required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7743009083
