Zenith Dance Institute Pvt Ltd Hiring for Store Incharge at New Delhi Full Time

We are looking for Store In-charge for our own Costume and apparel manufacturing company named ZAI Fashion.

Job Location- Mayur Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi

Experience- 3-5 Years (Exp. of Garment manufacturing companies or Export companies only)

Salary- 20-25k

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Managing stores operations coordinating with QA & Production team for smooth flow for the Material for the execution of production plan

2. Fabric storing, and delivering items. Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries Track fabric inventory levels.

3. Responsible for physical stock audits on a regular basis.

4. Responsible for Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

5. Responsible for Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.

6. Analysis of the inventory and to take action against nonmoving items in stores.

7. Responsible for troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

8. Responsible for extending all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.

9. Responsible for Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping stores areas clean.

10. Minimize costs through effective management and control of storage cost & labor cost etc.

11. Execution of production plan on the behalf of monthly forecast.

12. Carry out manpower planning, work scheduling and employee supervision to ensure desired productivity.

13. Coordination with Material Planning Group on daily basis.

14. Keeping track of material lot wise.

15. Responsible for maintaining and overseeing fabric supplies by receiving.

16. Responsible for Order new supplies in a timely manner.

17. Responsible for Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

18. Responsible for taking care all types of activities like take care of store goods, Availability of goods in time. Proper care and also manage the labors and make proper records of incoming and outgoing goods.

Required Skills:

• Should be well versed with fabrics
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
