With their coaching and support, we ensure our employees are best taken care of during the important onboarding phase of their Zenoti tenure. In addition to our employees on-boarding, our Educators will also be taking care of the education needs of our existing employees. What will I be doing?

• Primarily own advance set of courses – create & update
• Support educators on Basic courses
• Coordinate with SMEs across departments to stay upto date on their courses
• Help new hires with any queries
• Conduct demos for new hires and signoff handovers
• Own the release cycle : Follow Jiras and keep track of release items, publish assessments etc
• Research and share latest Learning & Pedagogy methods

What skills do I need?

• 1-3 years of training experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways
• Quick learner with strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact, understand, articulate and manage employee expectations.
• Strong documentation skills – should be comfortable using MS Office
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to get things done
• Good understanding of different pedagogy and learning methods
• Ability to create effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
