Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts/letters, employee leaves, and insurance)
Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, Labour welfare fund, Maternity Act , POSH act , Industrial dispute act – etc all applicable for IT companies
Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
Handling administration of all contract labor Audits
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management under various labour act and apprentice act
Manage operational activities as preparation of letters, notices etc
Any other HR operation related tasks
Fair Knowledge of Excel
