What’s this role about?

As a compliance specialist you are required to possess understanding and expertise of all compliance laws , expertise in administering of audit external and internals , advocate for disciplinary actions .

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

You must possess skills on below –

• Compliances under Shops & Establishment, The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, The Industrial Disputes Act, The Minimum Wages Act, The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
• The Payment of Gratuity Act, Labour Welfare Fund Act, Prevention from Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, Employment Exchanges Ac, Apprentice board, Maternity Act etc.
• Fair knowledge of Provident Fund Act, IW, ESIC.
• Should be able to manage Client Audit, prepare, submit and coordinate the Audit requirements
• Manage Vendor Audit, prepare report, coordinate with Auditors.
• Disciplinary Actions – drafting issuing Warning letter, Suspension, Charge sheet, show cause, Termination.
• Understand and complete the tasks of E Compliances. Knowledge of tolls such as PWC, Legasis will be added advantage.
• Draft responses to notices received from government agencies.
• Handle the court cases or salary attachment cases.

Skills required to contribute:

Mandatory

1. Good communication
2. Expertise in compliances
3. Graduate with Diploma in labor law preferred/Master in personal mgmt.
4. Mandatory experience of 3 years + with compliance background
5. Written and verbal communication
