Job description

• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred background Accounts and tax (not mandatory)

• Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer queries.
• Should be willing to work in the night Shifts – EST Time Zone
