Zenworx Knowledge Partners LLP (‘Zenworx‘) is a boutique firm providing research solutions to global investment management clients. We are looking for a seasoned research professional to manage and grow our business research practice.

Role – Sr. Analyst, Business Research

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant experience in business research/advisory/consulting. He/she will be responsible for the project and client management across multiple engagements. He/she also assumes an important role in organization initiatives such as knowledge and talent management.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead business research and analytics projects across industry verticals and/or geographies
• Independently engage with clients and manage projects along with other team members
• Manage end-to-end execution of projects, including project scoping, quality, productivity, designing research methodology, work planning, and creating comprehensive insights
• Provide effective and efficient coaching and mentorship to junior members

Client Management

• Accurately understand client’s business imperatives and research objectives
• Manage client expectations in terms of depth and the breadth of research, format, and granularity of output, and key milestones across the project timeline
• Lead all client communication independently

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹720,000.00 per year
