Your Role

• Responsible for Inventory operations, Conducting daily Single Line Audit & Sanity (Bin to Bin)
• Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of orders; control of damages, errors and miss-picks; and excellence in service levels.
• Responsible for Capacity planning and calculating the holding rated capacity of the warehouse and allocating space to each category of Inbound and Inventory. Planning & Consolidation of stocks of different categories SOP wise so as to optimally utilize the available warehouse space and minimize shipment cost by merging items.
• Managing the inventory levels thereby ensuring optimum use of inventory. Planning and monitoring Fulfilment Centre Inbound, Inventory and outbound operations
• Plan and conduct Cycle counting of material and achieve variance within limit.
• Maintain FIFO, 5S’s implementation of operations.
• Handling Warehouse Manpower.
• Lead a team of employees and managed the receiving, stocking, item slotting, order selecting, shipping, and efficiency of the warehouse as well as prepare the team for upcoming tasks.
• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
• Ran scheduled reports and pulled additional reports from GPOS as needed to support warehouse team activities.
• Managing all MIS Reports on daily basis (Daily Dispatch Report, Arrival report).

• Participated in strategic workshops to determine the vision, mission statements, objectives, and goals of strategic procurement group sand created presentations to share this information with upper management.
• Worked side by side with my team to assure the proper handling of any issues, concerns, and goals within the company.
• Trained employees on pit equipment’s such as forklifts, picker devices, put-away devices, pallet jacks/riders, and other various equipment and machines.
