JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Role – Maintain and manage entire firm’s IT systems including hardware and
software.
Responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer equipment and associated
components, including operating systems and supporting applications, network
devices requiring advanced knowledge of the environment and products.
Server management and monitoring: Server and network security
implementation, analysis and regular audit
Design and support LAN/WAN/WLAN/CCTV infrastructure and associated
software and hardware
Maintain regular back up of all systems and serversAnti-virus installation and managementEPBAX and telecom products managementDesktop support- Installation, Configuration, trouble shooting, IT Helpdesk,
remote support etc
Drivers installation and configurationConfiguration and trouble shooting MS-Outlook, exchange mail, Outlook
directory
Installation ,support- windows 10, Win 11, MacOSTroubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office 365)IT Assets Management, inventory procurement and vendor managementResearch and planning for improvisation of current systems

Education/Experience

Requirements

BTEC/B.E/MCA, computer science or equivalent degree
3+ years experience in hardware firewalls, core networking, server 2008, Raid 0 1 5, backup servers
Hands-on experience in Remote Support Desktop and Remote Assistance, Hardware and networking
Good Communication skills
3+ years experience
