JOB DESCRIPTIONSWEB DEVELOPER (FULL STACK)Responsible for creating, building web infrastructure co-designing, building, testing and implementing software solutions. Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers as we create reliable APIs Website and software application designing, building, and maintaining. Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media. Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions. Directing or performing Website updates. Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content. Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups. Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery. Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction. Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Determining user needs by analysing technical requirements. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities Cooperate with designers to match visual design intent Other scope of work may require flexibility, willingness, and ability to adapt change at any circumstanceQualifications:Experience working in a similar position 3+ years’ experience working as a python developer Experience using build tools Exposure to JavaScript libraries and frameworks Good understanding of database design and management Solid understanding of code versioning Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science or an IT related field. Postgraduate qualifications in an IT related field with Microsoft CertificationsMULTIMEDIA DESIGNERS/ANIMATORSDesigning events and creative concepts. Creating still and moving images using different software packages, creating 2D & 3D designs, models, products while adhering to deadlines.Responsibilities:Understand company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all events. Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scope. Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas. Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and software programmers. Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to website specifications. Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations. Creating original artwork for digital image processing. Creating animated sequences using computer animation software. Recording, editing, and encoding audio files. Performing media edits based on user feedback. Support the creative lead on incoming event opportunities, including development of innovative creative concepts from start to finish for use in out-going proposals. 2D & 3D Graphic renderings and visualizations of event environments. Work closely with the Direct Manager to support design solutions Provide the production team with all drawings and materials needed to produce and fabricate the designs prepared by you. At times you may also be required to provide such drawings and materials for designs prepared by someone else.
Revise and update proposals in a timely manner. During the day of the event, be onsite to oversee execution and bring design to life and its full fruition. Graphic Renderings, Illustrations and other graphic support/visuals as needed for proposals and client requests.22. Oversee graphic and printing needs for projects. Prepare presentation materials to pitch clients on vision for the event. Participate in daily staff virtual meetings on a given schedule. Other scope of work may require flexibility, willingness, and ability to adapt to change at any circumstance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in graphic design Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects and other graphic design software
Strong analytical skills Excellent eye for detailGRAPHIC DESIGNERCreate visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner.Responsibilities:Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials. Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s CreativeSuite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more—is the standard in the industry, and most employers expect designers to be proficient with its programs.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and restrictions Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image. Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process.
